Ashley Montgomery was born and raised in Prince George's County, MD. Ashley's upbringing was one full of adversity and successes and he attributes athletics and coaches to shaping him into the man he is today. Ashley observed the correlation between successful character development and success on the athletic field when he began coaching in 2007.
Most affectionately known as "Coach Dave," James Thompson has over 25 plus years serving youth and adults. This service has been through mentoring, life skills training, coaching athletics, drug addiction classes, life space crisis intervention (LSCI) for youth with special needs and camp counseling. He currently work as a behavioral management specialist in PGCPS.
Latasha Myers has been working in the financial industry in the DMV area for almost 20 years. Born and raised in Prince George’s County, she spends her spare time with her family. She also volunteers teaching financial literacy to people in low to moderate income communities.
Diane Tidwell has worked in Prince George’s County Public Schools for the last 21 years. She enjoys working with kids and look forward to seeing each and every one of them learn and grow throughout the years. She is a proud wife, mother of two boys, three dachshunds, a cat and the Nana of a beautiful granddaughter.

Over the past few years she has expanded her expertise to working in athletic marketing, administration, management, and licensing. Following a four-year collegiate basketball playing career and serving as a senior captain for Brandeis University, Kat now works as a graduate assistant women’s basketball coach for Smith College in Northampton, MA while simultaneously serving as our Director of Marketing. Her emphasis lies in conveying the power of sport to developing athletes and fostering leadership skills in future role models.
